The Financial Intelligence Analysis Unit (FIAU) is organising a full-day training event on Beneficial Ownership. This topic remains of significant importance to subject persons and is essential for ensuring compliance with their obligations under the AML/CFT framework.

This event will feature dedicated sessions on beneficial ownership and the initial findings of the National Risk Assessment process, delivered by the National Coordinating Committee. Participants will also gain insights into the international and EU considerations relating to beneficial ownership, including the FATF Standards and the EU AML Package.
