IZI Finance doubles profit, turnover tops €1 billion in FY2026

IZI Finance reported €14.4M pre-tax profit, up from €7.1M, as turnover hit €1.17B. EBITDA margin improved to 33.7%.
IZI Finance more than doubled its pre-tax profit to €14.4 million in the year to 30 June 2026, as group turnover surged past the €1 billion mark for the first time.
Turnover rose 27.4% to €1.172 billion, while player winnings increased by 28.4% to €1.060 billion. Gross Gaming Revenue climbed 18.3% to €110.9 million.
EBITDA reached €37.3 million, a 29.1% increase year on year, with the EBITDA margin on GGR strengthening to 33.7% from 30.8% in FY2025. Operating profit rose to €19.4 million from €11.9 million.
The pre-tax result significantly exceeded the €8.5 million forecast included in the February Financial Analysis Summary. Actual profit beat that forecast by approximately €5.95 million, or 70.2%, driven largely by stronger-than-expected GGR from Type 1 gaming activities.
The group generated €39.7 million in net operating cash flow and ended the year with €44.3 million in cash and cash equivalents. During the year, IZI Finance completed the issue of €30 million in 5.5% unsecured bonds due in 2036.
IZI Finance contributed €41.8 million in concession fees and gaming taxes during the financial year, representing 37.7% of Gross Gaming Revenue.
The bond issue and strong cash position give the group financial flexibility for future growth. The sharp improvement in profitability, well ahead of internal forecasts, signals operational momentum in its core gaming operations.
