Fast Track has released a native Fast Track AI app for iPhone, extending its AI-native CRM platform beyond the desktop. The launch arrives as the company reports strong adoption of Fast Track AI since its 2025 debut.

The app brings the full capabilities of the platform to mobile, letting users check how a market performed over the weekend, monitor site performance, understand what a player is doing, or review the performance of a specific campaign. Campaign design, edits and approvals can now be handled directly from a phone.

“The more accessible Fast Track AI becomes, the more problems it can help solve, and I think we are only beginning to see the potential of that.”

Commercial questions that once waited for a report, a meeting or a return to the desk can now be answered and acted on in the moment. Fast Track built the app natively rather than as a wrapper around the web product, which matters for operators who need real-time data and a full audit trail while away from their workstations.

"Fast Track AI on a phone has to meet the same standard as the platform itself: the same real-time data, the same permissions and the same audit trail. We built it as a native app rather than a wrapper around the web product, so it is fast, secure and feels like it belongs on the phone," said Patrik Potocki, CTO of Fast Track.

For Malta's iGaming sector, the timing is significant. Operators running on Fast Track's CRM can now fold AI into decisions throughout the day, not just during desktop working hours. The native app is designed to keep working beyond an active browser session, matching how users actually interact with their phones.

"What excites me most is that this makes Fast Track AI relevant to more people, in more parts of their work. It becomes easier to bring AI into the decisions you make throughout the day, whether that is understanding performance, exploring what is happening in the business or actually getting work done. The more accessible Fast Track AI becomes, the more problems it can help solve, and I think we are only beginning to see the potential of that," said Simon Lidzén, co-founder and CEO of Fast Track.

The app is available now for existing Fast Track partners on the App Store, with sign-in using existing credentials. Fast Track, which serves hundreds of companies worldwide, maintains offices in Malta, Sweden, Spain and the United States.
